Open Houses are a waste of time. If they weren’t, experienced agents would be doing them and not passing them off to newbies or agents who aren’t busy. By the time you prepare flyers, blow up balloons, bake cookies and sit there for 2 WHOLE HOURS to get one or two lurkers who aren’t buyers, you could have contacted 25 to 50 buyers and sellers through lead generation.

Besides you just kicked sellers out of their home for 2 hours just for the neighbors to snoop around their house.
